The real Parkers have been living at the address since 1974 and had no idea they were living in a comic book landmark. Perhaps more weird is Spider Man’s enemy the Green Goblin (aka Norman Osborn) is similarly named as their neighbor who goes by the name of Terri Osborne.(source)
